There is a large sun terrace which overlooks the pool which has an integeral BBQ and comfortable wicker patio dining furniture. A short water taxi trip, or a 10 minute Dulmus ride (local bus) wil take you to the bustling town of Fethiye with its shops, bazaars, night clubs and beautiful harbour. There are excellent transport links from outside the villa and a two convenience stores less than 50m away. Dalaman airport 30 minutes away (airport transfers arranged between £80-£100 private return transfers depending on number of people). The location is ideal for kids as there is a water park only 200 meters from the villa, tennis courts 50 meters away, a traffic free beach promenade 300m away, and a large swimming pool with seperate kids pool. A cot and baby walker (no charge) is available if required. To secure a booking I require a £100 per week non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 10 weeks before arrival. A £250 refundable deposit is also required on your arrival and providing there are no major breakages or any behavioral issues on the complex the deposit will be refunded by our Property Manager before your departure.
