Hey everyone, I'm Mark, and my current flatmate is moving out due to having to move away because of work, so im looking for someone to fill the room she was in. The flat was brand new 6 months ago, and is a large 2 bed, 2 bath flat in the Charltons Hayes estate in Patchway, Bristol. walking distance to Mall Cribbs Causeway, and near M4/M5 junction. The main bedroom is the one on offer, which has an ensuite inc. shower, toilet, and built in wardrobes in the room. Rent per week is £83 plus bills. also inc, parking space. Looking for young professional, That doesnt party all night long. They would need to be available to move in by the end of March. Although the add is unfurnished, I have furniture for the living room, so it is just for the bedroom that needs stuff. I'm 24, have been flat sharing since i was 19, I keep the place as clean as possible, as i have lived in unclean houses before and i just find its nicer to live in when the place is nice and clean. I play guitar (dont worry, not that often in the flat) and spend a lot of time watching films. I'm an Arsenal fan, and i'm fairly easy going when it comes to most things. I'm a friendly guy, easy to get on with, and im looking for someone simillar really. I also have a girlfriend that is over the flat on a regular basis, but again, I have no issues with the same happening for whoever moves in.
